Products and presentation

We aim to describe and photograph each item accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings. Product photos are illustrative of the individual item; small variations in texture or finish can occur. Lapse cooling mats are intended for ordinary indoor pet comfort and are not a medical product or a substitute for veterinary advice.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected items. We may need to review an order before accepting it. If an item is unavailable, a detail is incomplete, or we cannot fulfill the order, we may cancel it and contact you using the details provided. Product availability and pricing may change before an order is accepted.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in US dollars. Delivery charges are shown during checkout before you submit an order. Any taxes, customs duties, or import fees that apply at the destination are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed using the method selected at checkout.

Safe use and care

Use products on a dry, level indoor surface. Regularly inspect a cooling gel mat for damage. Keep it away from sharp objects, teeth, heat sources, open flames, and prolonged direct sunlight. Do not puncture, machine wash, immerse, or use a damaged mat. Supervise pets as appropriate for their usual behaviour and remove a product if it becomes damaged.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. For eligibility, return timing, damaged-item reporting, and refund details, please consult our Delivery & returns page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

The content, design, images, and product descriptions on this website are provided for personal shopping use. You may not copy, distribute, interfere with, or misuse the website or its content. We may suspend access where needed to protect the site, customers, or operations.
